(1) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, no fee or fee shall be charged for registering a small enterprise in accordance with this Act.
(2) Small enterprises in operation at the time of commencement of this Act shall receive income tax exemption for at least five years from the date of promulgation of this Act and small enterprises registered and operating in accordance with this Act from the date of commencement of business or transaction.
